The Detox Diet

The detox diet is not a diet to lose weight, it is not a set of healthy eating habits, nor it should be made by extended periods of time.

Over time our bodies will accumulate toxin. These can arise by food for example such as alcohol, coffee, fats, sugars and/or unhealthy lifestyles like smoking, for example. This diet consists primarily of eating fluids, principally water, fruits and vegetables and eliminating for some time, we would say two days at most, the toxic products we consume.
This diet is designed to help the liver and kidneys in the process of cleansing the body.
