Ending Swollen Belly

The sensation of bloating causes much discomfort and increased abdominal size, it can even cause pain.

This problem can have several origins, such as stomachaches, gas or fluid accumulation. The aerophagia is also in some cases the origin of the swelling due to excessive amount of air accumulated in the stomach. Or it may be foodborne, a poor diet based on fried and fat difficult the digestion and results in swelling.

If you suffer from bloating, you can always reduce the problem with a light diet.

For a few days try to eat only soft foods, eat fish, white meat, fruit and vegetables, which is an excellent diuretic. Decide if possible, by water-rich foods. Dispose from your menu fats and sweets, reduce salt intake and avoid alcohol.

You should eat slowly, chew food well and avoid swallowing air while eating. Make exercise and drink plenty of water, tea and natural fruit juices. But mostly, drink water at least 1.5 liters per day, because the water is excellent against fluid retention and constipation.
